I’m currently waiting at San Fransisco Airport on my way to Jakarta. Its been awhile since I’ve traveled by plane or even travel for that matter. Something about being a collage student with not much money. But now finally I can start seeing the world. The airport waiting time and all the flights total something around 30 hours of travel time. There are pretty much no flights from Minneapolis without at least one stop.

One of the cool things about the flying and the internet, is that you can find quite a bit of history of the plane that you have been on. All planes at least those that fly to the US, probably all of them in the world, have a registration number. Its located on the outside, usually near the tail. If you search this number on the internet, you can see the records of when the plane was made, if its been involved in any accidents or even pictures of the plane at different airports. The plane I took from Minneapolis was N517US. You can find more information about it here.
